• Community accounts are created by signing in with a supported third-party provider such as Discord or Kick.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your provider account secure.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts, automation, scripted play and exploitation of bugs are not permitted.
• You may request deletion of your community account at any time using the contact details on the Legal Contact page.

3. Cobra Points, XP and the Cobra Arcade

• Cobra Points are virtual community points. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency or any other item of value, and are not a form of gambling.
• The Cobra Arcade (including Snake and Blackjack) is played with Cobra Points only. No real money is staked, no real money can be won, and no deposits or withdrawals exist within the Arcade.
• Points balances, XP, levels, leaderboards and game outcomes are determined by our servers and are final.
• Points may be adjusted, reset, expired or removed where they were obtained through error, abuse, exploitation or automation.
• Rewards, giveaways and point promotions are optional, may be limited in number and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Points confer no ownership rights and are not property, currency, securities or a financial instrument.

4. Community conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, spam, scams or illegal content.
• Do not encourage underage gambling or promote gambling as a way to make money.
• Do not impersonate CobraUnhinged, moderators or any operator.

5. Third-party operators and links

External gambling services are operated solely by their own operators, under their own terms. We are not a party to any agreement between you and an operator and cannot resolve disputes with them. See the Gambling Promotion Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Availability and content
