Gambling Promotion Disclaimer

CobraUnhinged does not operate, own, license or control any casino or gambling service.

This website is a creator and community website that promotes and links to third-party gambling operators. We are not a gambling operator, not a bookmaker, not a payment provider and not a regulator.

External operators

Any casino, sportsbook or gambling platform mentioned here — including Thrill — is owned and operated entirely by its own operator. That operator alone is responsible for its licensing, terms and conditions, bonuses, odds, payouts, account verification, deposits, withdrawals, customer support, data handling and dispute resolution.

Your account relationship exists with that operator, not with CobraUnhinged. We cannot access, alter, credit, verify, restrict or close your account with any operator, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator.

Not advice

• Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
• Gambling must never be presented or understood as income, employment or a financial strategy.
• No outcome, bonus, promotion or payout is guaranteed.
• Promotions, bonuses and terms are set by the operator and can change or end at any time without notice to us.

Geographic and legal availability

Gambling laws differ by country, state and region, and some jurisdictions prohibit online gambling entirely. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws that apply to you before using any third-party gambling service. Access to an operator may be blocked or restricted in your location. We make no representation that any linked service is lawful or available where you are.

Community features are separate

CobraUnhinged website features — accounts, profiles, Cobra Points, XP, leaderboards, the Cobra Arcade, bonus hunt tracking and Discord/Kick community activity — are our own non-gambling community features and are completely separate from any external operator.

Cobra Points are virtual community points. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency or any other item of value, and are not a form of gambling.

The Cobra Arcade (including Snake and Blackjack) is played with Cobra Points only. No real money is staked, no real money can be won, and no deposits or withdrawals exist within the Arcade.
